Here are the details for the Dayboro Pony Club Sign On & AGM 2014
Date: Sunday 2nd February
Time: 9am
Place: Main Pavilion at the Dayboro Showgrounds.
Sign on will start at 9am, forms will be available on the day or preferably you can download the forms and then bring them already completed with your membership fees.
The AGM will then start at 10:30am. If you are unable to attend but would like to volunteer for a role please let our Secretary Di know about it before the AGM. As always the club can only exist with a committee, don’t be shy it’s not too hard and plenty of “veterans” to lend a hand and mentor.
The positions to be filled are:
- President
- Vice Presidents – 2
- Secretary
- Treasure
- Chief Instructor
- Zone Delegate
- Nomination Officer
- First Aid
- Media Officer
- Web Manager
- Uniform
- Canteen Persons
If we get members to fill these positions it leaves the instructors free to focus on coaching, all positions come with support and training!
