Dayboro Pony Club 2016 sign on day will be at 9am on Sunday 31 January with the AGM to be held straight afterwards (around 10.30am).
These forms must be completed and handed in on sign on day:
- Membership Application Form
- Member Protection Declaration (for all members over 18)
- Horse Health Declaration Form (the club will keep these on file for musters)
If you are planning on competing at competitions in late January or February or attending the Southport Seminar Training Camp please post the forms to:

2016 Fees
Riding members – $95
Social members – $35
New and second hand uniforms will be available for purchase on the day.
The AGM will be held after sign on.
